HEALTH GUARANTEE: This puppy is guaranteed to the best of my knowledge to be free from any illness or injury at the time of sale. All of our puppies are examined by a veterinarian and a health report is provided to the customer. We require that your puppy be taken to your veterinarian no later than 1 week after you take delivery of your puppy. If the puppy is found not to be in good health by your veterinarian, then if available, a replacement puppy will be offered. However, a written letter of non-health, specifying the particular nature of the health problem, from your veterinarian must be accompanied by your puppy on return. If a replacement puppy is not available at the time, the original purchase price will be applied to another puppy from a future litter of Ravenwood Labradors or the purchase price will be refunded if a litter will not be available within 3 months. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is Ravenwood Labradors liable in whole or in part for a customers veterinary expenses

HIP GUARANTEE: Based on the breeding history of this line, Ravenwood Labradors provides a guarantee for your puppy against Hip Displasia under the following conditions:

For the first full year, you must raise your puppy on Eukanuba Large Breed Puppy Food or Iams smart puppy food and provide proof of purchase. In the event that your puppy is diagnosed with this disorder, you must provide Ravenwood Labradors with a written diagnosis from your veterinarian along with the puppy.

At the discretion of Ravenwood Labradors, you will receive either a replacement puppy from a current or future litter or a refund of the purchase price if none are available.
